The talks and lectures require no previous knowledge or experience of Buddhism or Buddhist practice and all are welcome to attend. | The weekly Sunday meditation sessions are for one's personal meditation practice and start at 10.30am. These are for non-guided meditations so it is easier to join for the whole or part of the session although it's good to start the meditations at the same time. There will be opportunity to ask Roland any questions about your practice and if you are near the end of your current practice then you can get an explanation on your subsequent practice as well. The explanations can be given in the social area whilst there is meditation in the gompa. We look at finishing the session by 1pm and then plan to go out for lunch in town somewhere. | |||
