The talks and lectures require no previous experience or knowledge of Buddhism and all are welcome to attend. 7:00 am Where:Exeter Diamond Way Buddhist Centre 
If you have previously practiced this meditation at the centre and you would like to join us then please contact us to book your place. The meditation will start from 7am and is divided into twelve, one hour slots although if you are new to meditation, then please feel free to do only as much of the hour that is comfortable for you.
